Bryce Hall, the Patio Room, and the Family Life Gym are available for rental by Epiphany parishioners only.

The refundable (if cleaned) fees are:

• Gym $200
• Patio Room $100
• Bryce Hall $200
• All other rooms $25

The nonrefundable fees are:

• Bryce Hall $200 + $25/hour
  • $175 Fee to remove and set tables back up 
  • On Saturdays, the cleaning fee for Bryce Hall is non-refundable due to the mandatory usage of our cleaning crews.

• Patio Room $25/hour
• Gym/$10 hour
• $100 fee for all sound and music set up for all rooms.

All rentals must include a $95 Insurance Fee in a separate payment method.
